      Your bottom bracket screw holds the cable guide in place when assembling the bike. The cables now hold the cable in place. You probably couln't screw it back in because the cable guide has shifted some. You can probably move it back over the screw hole and get the screw back in if you want to.

      haha yeah, not to many people have fuji bikes like ours so its easy to spot them out.

      not a problem Brian. cycling is strenuous on the aerobic system. doesn't matter how well you do the PT stuff, this is hard if you haven't been doing it for a while. and, i'm not going to leave anyone out on hte road.

      don't be embarrassed. everyone's been there, done that. just keep riding! :)

      omg. more later, but it was 101mi of hard & wet riding. rained on us after 1hr and then it was off & on. very hard rain while climbing roan mtn. consistant 9% grade for 8 mi. i'm so damn tired. will do a report when i get back home.

      however you responded to the "contact request" (or whatever), I got a notification that I had an incoming "invite to befriend" (or whatever the exact language was).

      so I clicked some little box on your avatar & viola, you are the "friends" list.

      Rick & I are still trying to figure out what, if anything, that signifies or accomplishes.

      RickF & I have been experiementing with the "befriend" thing. And I saw this "make contact" thing. As Rick & I goofing ourselves up enough "befriending" & "unfriending", I thought to use another person for the "make contact" test.
