Getting back into riding after a few years of off and on riding. Currently 25 however completed the C&O Canal twice, once when I was 11 (196miles total) and again when I was 13/14 (170miles) as well as the Virginia Creeper and most of the longer Rails to Trails around NC, VA, and WV. Starting out slow to get my breath back but a personal goal is to ride at least 200miles a month and work my way up from there. Overall goal is to complete the C&O for a third time in 2014. Riding a Fuji Absolute 3.0 with assorted accessories. Take care and BE SAFE!
